* Ambiento Products are backed with an industry standard limited lifetime warranty
* Claims for shortages, incorrect items or accessories will be acceptable for only 15 days after the product has been received. Failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and a waiver by the Buyer of all claims for shortages or incorrect items.
* Any damage report or claim will not be accepted if the product has been installed and damaged during the installation. No credit will be issued if the product has been previously installed.
* All products are inspected and carefully packed at the manufacturers facility. If a product is damaged during shipment the Buyer must notify the shipping company (UPS) to file a claim and the WARRANTY department within 48 hours or 2 business days after receipt. In such case the product will be replaced by AMBIENTO PRODUCTS and delivered to Buyers warehouse at the our cost. Client must call 1-800-979-6386 and notify us immediately to be issued an RMA.
